The SPH’s work

The spiritual and conscious empowerment of the people was directly led by The SPH Himself. Ever day, from early in the morning , The SPH offered the rituals in the main garbha mandir (sanctum sanctorum) to the 3,000 year old deities that have been offered worship since Thirujñana Sambandar. After offering worship in the garbha mandir, The SPH would accept the devotees’ pada puja offering (the traditional offering of gratitude to the Guru). Upon the conclusion of worship which the whole aadheenam participated in, as people were melting in a space of devotion, The SPH began spiritual revelations. With their rapt attention and open inner space, The SPH began to sow the seeds of powerful cognitions from the scriptures such as Bhagavad Gita, and tell the leelas (divine play) of Paramaśiva Śakti when she was in the human form in this very city. Not just residents of KAILĀSA but also the people of Madurai came to watch the revelations being made. After each one was filled to the brim with devotion and revitalized with new energy for life, The SPH met with each of the kingdoms subjects, one by one, and listened to their prayers, healed and blessed them. The SPH attended to each one individually , gave them healing and assured them that He would be there for them throughout their lives going forward. When The SPH was coronated, not only devotees, but religious leaders from all over India rushed to seek the His audience, congratulate and applaud The SPH’s work. The SPH provided guidance in the advancement of the spiritual fervor of the citizens of Madurai and spreading Shaivism.

Ethnocidal Attacks in Madurai

In June of 2012, growing Hindumesia extremists in Madurai were perplexed at the success of The SPH’s mission in Madurai, despite the attacks against The SPH in 2010, and their best efforts to stop expansion. Within just a few weeks of The SPH’s residence in Madurai and the flood of refreshing and active energy, the people were seeing the effects of being emancipated from contemporary forms of slavery. Hindumesia media started a campaign of hate propaganda to spread the false narratives against The SPH and the activities going on in the Madurai Aadheenam. Deterring attention away from the thousands of people being fed entirely free of cost, the pure spiritual sentiment and whole-hearted effort to revive an indigenous tradition, Hindumesia-influenced media made horrifying and baseless, false accusations against The SPH spread in Anti-Hindu media without a single piece of evidence. The SPH hosted press meets for the media to give the media a chance to tell the truth. Very few, however, publicized this. The media that was backed by Hindumesia, was intent on assassinating The SPH in order to end the grand revival of Hinduism. With the hate propaganda against The SPH, Hindumesia forces could attack The SPH even physically, and have a clear justification already propagated in the media to get away with their criminal intentions. In late June of 2012, The SPH’s vehicle was chased by Hindumesia forces, but a back up car had diverted their attention, to safegaurd The SPH and allow His vehicle to slip away to safety. The brahmacharis inside were chased for several miles. Once the Hindumesia forces understood that they had been duped, they let out their rage on the brahmacharis, berating and abusing them and leaving them stranded and wounded. Thankfully, they were found and immediately taken to emergency care. The Hindumesia extremists brought an end to a period when The SPH was able to freely live in Madurai and the people of Madurai could celebrate and enjoy His presence. They fought to illegally remove The SPH as the rightful heir of the Madurai Aadheenam, and were in this way interfering in the rightful succession of the Madurai Aadheenam.

Despite the bombarding hate propaganda and false narratives being spread by the media, the Hindu public and their leaders were completely supporting The SPH. On this occasion, 52 Hindu representatives from various communities gathered in solidarity, recognizing the immense contribution of The SPH towards Hinduism.

A Promise Upheld

Regardless of the persecution and onslaught of attack, The SPH did not forsake the promises that He made for the people of Madurai. The services of the Shyamala Peeta Sarvajnapeetha continue until today. In 2019, an expansion of the Kingdom of Shyamala Peeta Sarvajnapeetha was inaugurated as a Raja Vidya Raja Guhya Gurukul, a training center for the next generation of leaders who were going to be the inheritors of the only authentic living tradition from Mīnākśi herself. The gurukul was inaugurated in front of the Mīnākśi Amman temple, in the very place where the Devi Mīnākśi walked out of fire, and assumed the human form. Today, KAILĀSA Madurai serves the population of 13 million people in Madurai, as a spiritual embassy of KAILĀSA, upholding the rights and decrees given to us by Paramaśiva Himself. It is the grand saga of history from Paramaśiva Himself, carried through history through the Pāndya civilization and continuing today through KAILĀSA.
